I hope you all enjoyed the thanksgiving holiday! 😊
I sure did! 😊😊
My knitting project is complete and it was a success as it was presented to a dear friend. The project was for a special organization called Birthright. They help young parents with needed items to help get them by. Any donations are appreciated. So, I have decided to make some cozy hats for the time being with more to be expected as well 😊 I am very glad I have done this for them. They do so much to help others.
Have a great day and don’t forget to keep that smile on your face. We are luckier than we think we are.
Today is a day that we all should rejoice what we are truly grateful for and admire what we have. It’s definitely a reminder of looking into your life at what truly matters most whether you are surrounded by family or friends or neither. What you have, it could be the person/object that someone else is praying for.
So, keep this thought for any other day, not just the holiday season. We often take everything for granted and just wishing things were different. If we take a look around, ourselves, then most likely we realize how lucky we really are.
Do you have a home for shelter every night? It may not be the greatest or possibly too small, but it works. Not everyone has that luxury.
“This is a day that the Lord has made. We shall rejoice and be glad in it.”
Love what matters. Appreciate the little things.
Have a happy Thanksgiving everyone! Don’t fret 😊 If you happen to burn the food (like I often do), it happens! It’s still edible and can still be enjoyable.
