Today is a day that we all should rejoice what we are truly grateful for and admire what we have. It’s definitely a reminder of looking into your life at what truly matters most whether you are surrounded by family or friends or neither. What you have, it could be the person/object that someone else is praying for.
So, keep this thought for any other day, not just the holiday season. We often take everything for granted and just wishing things were different. If we take a look around, ourselves, then most likely we realize how lucky we really are.
Do you have a home for shelter every night? It may not be the greatest or possibly too small, but it works. Not everyone has that luxury.
“This is a day that the Lord has made. We shall rejoice and be glad in it.”
Love what matters. Appreciate the little things.
Have a happy Thanksgiving everyone! Don’t fret 😊 If you happen to burn the food (like I often do), it happens! It’s still edible and can still be enjoyable.
There is often debate amd controversy about all what God does is just filled with hate and judgement.
Not true. He is the light of the world! He wants us to have a great life. He’s our Father. Think about it. Think about your parents. They want you to be good and have a good life, but if you mess up, they would most likely want you to be willing suffer any consequences and be punished for our actions of wrong doing.
God is good. Everything He does is for good judgement.
He loved us so much that He let His only son die for us – to save us. Let’s live our lives for Him.
I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions. I hope you all have a great day and put a big smile on your face. You never know who is watching! 🙂
There is so much controversy concerning people with disabilities and I honestly don’t understand why. As a Christian woman, would I be mad at God for creating humans to be this way? No. Each person is a gift from God.
I know many people who have disabilities such as blindness, downs syndrome, autism, deaf, and much more. They are kind, hilarious, smart, and caring individuals who happen to think or even look a little differently than the majority of the population. They don’t even care what others think about them. Their confidence is up higher than anyone I know.
It might be tough at times, but no one ever said life is easy.
We are all a gift from God. Take delight in ALL of His creations.
Trust me on this. Anything IS possible. It just has to come with the right mindset. If you truly focus and have excellent determination, you can do anything. A few years ago, I managed to pay off half my student loans (full amount: $16,000) in one year on a low income. I just adjusted each month and found a way to put extra towards it each month. I ate just fine. Rent was never late. I did good! I was prepared at the end of my grace period after college.
But if only I stuck with the plan then. Two years later and more debt in hand, I’m back to conquer it once and for all! Debt isn’t welcome here anymore. I’m kicking it out!
Feel free to follow my debt free journey here. I will be posting what I do on a daily basis to permanently remove debt from my home.
We aren’t supposed to be living like this. Let’s live our lives the way we were created to live. God doesn’t want us to be stressed and and debt.
I believe we need another prayer circle on here. There is too much craziness and chaos going on in the world and we would just need to pray at this moment. Who’s with me? I’ll start it out. I will list out my items for prayer and concerns for this morning. I hope you would follow through with me. Let’s all get together and pray. He is listening.
1. My strength and guidance to get through this crazy thing called life through Jesus Christ.
2. People of Puerto Rico. They have been hit hard by hurricane Maria and it just breaks my heart. Pray for them to find comfort and peace as they try to relive their lives again. Pray for them to receive all that they need as they rebuild their community. Pray for love through this.
Let’s keep this going, shall we? Feel free to leave your prayers in the comments (or even message me your thoughts and prayers if you would like to keep quiet) and I will pray for whatever is on your mind.
Take a look around. Realize how blessed you really are. Puerto Rico has been hit hard by hurricane Maria and I can’t imagine how they are handling things down there. What I can do is pray and looking at my own life. I’m lucky. I’m blessed. My problems don’t even seem like problems compared to what’s happening.
Life is chaotic. If you’re having a bad day, chances are that at least one other person is having a worse day. So, keep your head up, and move forward.
Yes, it is correct. I am continuing my journey on spreading the Gospel and living the life that God has intended us to live: by following Him. Also, I will post updates about my financial journey on becoming debt free and my frugal life. We are not meant to live a life of debt and I will be fighting it until it’s paid off for good.
I hope you enjoy my new venture, but don’t worry, I will still be active on this Website. This won’t be going anywhere! I promise 🙂
I hope you all are having a beautiful weekend. Don’t forget to smile big and proud. You never know who is watching.

What are you going to remember at the end of your life? Most 90 year olds say that they worked too much without enjoying their lives more. Please think carefully. Life is a truly precious thing. It is way too short. Never miss opportunities that matter most.
Just keep praying and asking God what the plan is for your life. We are meant to embrace life with love and faith and courage. Don’t give in to what society says to do.
Live life to the fullest with love and compassion. Pray. Have that deep connection with God and Jesus. They know what’s best.
So, get out of debt as soon as you can. Enjoy every little moment you have. You never know what’s around the corner. Let’s live the life we are meant to live through Christ.
You made it!!! Congratulations!!!! You made it through half of the week!! 🙂
It’s getting closer to Friday which everyone loves, but I’d say, just enjoy the moment now no matter what you’re in. When you wish for Friday, someone else won’t live then. So, embrace what you have daily with much appreciation and gratitude. We never know what’s around the corner.
Do you ever find yourself feeling down and blue on any particular day? We’ve all been there! I’ve been there. No matter what situation – professional or personal – it’s hard to just “shake things off” when you have to go through it every day.
Here are my secrets to get through any obstacle:
Lean on God for support. He sees your pain and frustration and anxiety moments. Lean on Him and ask for guidance with your whole heart. It’s just as simple as that. He doesn’t ever want us to feel this way. He wants us to be happy and content.
Read the bible and pray. Again, it’s that simple. He gives us the most simplest things to endure.
Lastly, keep your head up. Repeat these words daily: “Not Today!” Control your mind before it controls you. The mind is the most powerful thing you have. I struggle with this on a daily basis still, but I never give up. I still wholeheartedly believe these words so much. They truly are a lifesaver.
Let me know what helps you through the week. Family? Nature? Faith? I would love to know your thoughts! 🙂
